| Died: | Friday, July 02, 2010 | | 54 of Sharonville, Ohio passed away peacefully at University Hospital Cincinnati, July 2, 2010. She was born September 16, 1955 in Ft. Thomas, KY to Martha Louise Anderson and the late Douglas Anderson. Kathy pursued a career in medicine her entire life. She worked at St. Elizabeth Hospital as a respiratory therapist then focused on sleep research at Tri-State Sleep Center. She also worked for Lorex pharmaceuticals and Astra Zeneca as a consultant. Kathy conducted clinical studies and helped change many lives, not only for patients but also in recruitment of people to this industry. She is survived by her mom Louise Anderson; daughter Krystal Fletcher; brothers Doug (Pat) Anderson, Artie (Patty) Anderson of Independence, KY and sister Teresa (Michael) McDannold of Finneytown, OH; nephews Josh McDannold, Brian (Amy) & Brent (Christy) Anderson; nieces Ryan & Julia McDannold; great nephew Kaleb McDannold; former husband Mark Fletcher and stepson Daniel Fletcher; his children Alenna & Peyton; as well as scores of dear friends and extended family. A memorial gathering & service will be held at Gwen Mooney Funeral Home 4389 Spring Grove Ave. Cincinnati, OH 45223 on Saturday, July 10, 2010 beginning at 10:30AM. Flowers may be sent or memorials can be made to any animal rescue effort, as this was her great love of all creatures. The family also asks that donations be made to the Hoxworth Blood Center.
